Oat Meal Lavender Milk Bath for soothing nourishment.

2 cups milk powder
- 1/2 cup finely ground rolled oats
- 1 cup baking soda
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
Grind 2 cups of rolled oats into a fine powder in a blender. Add the finely ground oats, 1 cup baking soda and 10 drops lavender essential oil to a bathtub of warm water. Soak for 20 minutes in your home spa milk bath and follow with a cool-water rinse.
